Why You Should Attend

Testing an Earth/ground electrode is usually the final piece of the puzzle. Measuring the earth validates the design. Earth measurement verifies that all the safety-critical calculations, assumptions and solutions stack up in the physical world.

Earth testing is also yet another area where errors can be inadvertently introduced. The testing is usually done at the final stages of the project build, either to confirm a safe state to energise or to get the project over the line and handed over. Therefore, mistakes made at this stage can have a massive impact on reputations, nerves and relationships.
